Supreme Commander - Forged Alliance Review

A new favorite of mine is a newer RTS called Supreme Commander: Forged Alliance. This is very complex and deep RTS with five apposing factions, each with their strengths and weaknesses. I just started to be competent in this game, as it requires management and high strength of a micro-fight very vital.

Starting a game is pretty simple. It starts with the control unit first, and thousands of mass and energy,Timber, which are the means for this game as gold and was used for games like the Warcraft series. You start building one of the three types of factories, land, sea and air. Then there is literally an endless amount of ways to progress, all depending on your opponent's style of play.

The goal is to destroy the adversary or control unit (the most common style of play) or each of your opponents to destroy buildings and units. This cansound simple, but the sheer number of different units and defense / offensive building, this can be very boring.

There are also various levels of technology or "technological" must be the only accessible after the previous has been completed. There are three major technical standards for each breed, and level "experimental, extremely powerful units, each unique, the race that creates made. For example, the" racial UEF has access to a huge reservoir, also known asextremely fast factory units on land, while the race to build a fast Cybrin artillery installation.

One of the most important keys to success in this game is resource management, and knows what and when to build to build. You can paralyze seriously, you try a very powerful and expensive machine to build quickly and make the production of resources and other work to stop. On the other hand, it can also ruin, focusing on the creation of tooForgot your resources and to set the necessary defenses.

I have a love-hate relationship with this very game. I love my unit who are fighting against my enemies, but I hate the sheer number of ways that can be teased.
